SHIPPING & RETURN POLICY

Little Witch Books packs and ships orders one day per week. Unless otherwise communicated, orders will be shipped via USPS First Class or Priority Mail and will include a tracking number.

Please allow 7-14 days from the day you order for your package to arrive.

We do not accept returns or exchanges on the following items:

Gift cards, books, art prints, tarot decks, and other publications.

Everything else may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of purchase. Returns and exchanges must not show any signs of wear or use and must be in their original packaging. All return shipping costs are the purchaser’s responsibility.

All pre-orders (no matter their nature) are FINAL SALE.

Items that arrive damaged or are defective may be exchanged. Email hello@littlewitchbooks.com with ‘DAMAGED ITEM’ in the subject line. Make sure to include your name, email, and order number for the quickest response.

International packages refused at customs will not be refunded.
